These terms apply to quotations and orders for aftermarket parts supplied by PARTMACH. They are written for business buyers (dealers, repair shops, contractors). Order-specific conditions in a signed proforma invoice or contract take precedence over this page.

All parts are aftermarket replacements described as compatible for the OEM part numbers and machines listed. OEM names and part numbers are used for reference and fitment identification only; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any OEM. Compatibility tables are a guide: before ordering, confirm the part number or machine serial with us. Photographs show the actual units or the supplied batch; small differences in finish or casting are possible.
Prices shown on this website are indicative and are not a binding offer. Final prices depend on quantity, quality grade, packing and freight, and are stated in a written quotation. Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are FOB Guangzhou unless the quotation states CIF, DDP or another Incoterm. Freight, insurance, import duties and taxes are for the buyer's account unless expressly included.
An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing and receive the deposit. Standard terms are 30–50% deposit and the balance before dispatch. Lead time is confirmed per order and starts after the deposit and written confirmation of part numbers. Changes or cancellation after production or picking starts are subject to our agreement and may involve costs.
Payment is by bank transfer (T/T) to the company account shown on the proforma invoice, unless agreed otherwise in writing. We never ask for payment to a personal account and we do not change bank details by chat without a signed document. If you receive different bank details, verify them with us by WhatsApp, Telegram or email before paying.
Every line is sold with a stated quality grade: Brand new aftermarket, Remanufactured or Used / OEM surplus. The grade is written on the quotation and the invoice. Remanufactured parts are rebuilt from OEM cores with new wear parts and are sold only with this disclosure.
Before dispatch we photograph the actual unit, and for major items we record a test or run-in video and the nameplate. These photos and videos are sent to you for approval; where a balance is due, it is payable before the goods leave our warehouse.
Delivery terms follow Incoterms 2020 as stated in the quotation. Risk passes according to the chosen Incoterm. We prepare commercial invoice, packing list and the export documents we can issue; certificates required by the destination country (for example SONCAP, PVoC, EAC) are quoted separately. If you use your own forwarder, transit risk and insurance are your responsibility.
Warranty is 6 or 12 months as stated on the quotation and invoice, against manufacturing defects under normal use. It excludes labour and installation costs, consumables, damage from contaminated fluids, overheating, overloading, incorrect installation or repair by third parties, and wear items. The remedy is replacement parts; we do not refund cash for used parts.
Inspect the goods on receipt. Claims for shortage or damage must be reported within 7 days with photos and a short description; for hidden defects, as soon as they are discovered and within the warranty period. We may ask you to return the part for inspection. Return freight is agreed case by case; if the defect is ours, we cover reasonable return freight and send a replacement.
Returns are accepted for defective parts under warranty. Parts ordered incorrectly by the buyer are returnable only if unused, in original packing and with our prior written agreement; special-order and customised items are non-returnable.
OEM names, model names and part numbers are used only to identify compatible equipment. All trademarks remain the property of their owners. Nothing on this site implies that parts are genuine OEM parts unless explicitly stated.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including transport disruptions, customs delays, strikes, epidemics, natural events and changes in export or import regulations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first; if not settled, by the competent court in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, unless the signed contract provides otherwise.
